ABOUT SALAMAT
The first medical convoy to Sudan for this group was initiated and fully funded by the late president of the Sudanese National Council Mr Ibrahim Eltyeb Elryah who took the initiative and fully funded the medical convoys to Sudan during the period from 2004 till 2010 when SALAMAT came into its current organisation.
Professor Abdelgalil Abdelrahman Ali was the first president for SALAMAT (2010 to 2016) followed by Mr Omar Nugud (2016- 2019) then the current president Mr Mohamed Al-ammas chairing the current executive office (2019-2022).
